This book is intended to introduce the fundamental concepts of Numerical Analysis and its applications. The important feature of this book is the description of notions of Difference Calculus and Numerical Analysis in simpler form which can be easily understood by the readers with minimum efforts. Numerous examples have been added to illustrate the use of difference calculus. This book covers the syllabi of degree and Postgraduate classes of various Indian Universities. We have written this book after teaching the subject to degree and post-graduate classes for more than a decade and have kept in mind the difficulties and problems of the students in understanding the subject.
