The Author is pleased to place before the readers the Thoroughly Revised Twelfth Edition of the book Practical Zoology : Vertebrate. Several universities have revised and updated their syllabi of Practical Zoology. To keep abreast with the changes in the syllabi, the author felt the need of revision of the book.
